She is going to be sitting so off comes her rear end. That's Doug with her.

 

 

Lifted into test position on the base.

 

Cut of all the extra parts.

 

 

Starting the base. 3/4 in. Marine Plywood encased in fiberglass.
Moo Maid will live in a pool of water. She must be waterproof.

 

 

Yep, that's me doing the pouring.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Polyurethane foam block.The tail will be carved from this.
